We do not receive, upload, or store your signatures on our servers. If you download an image, the file is generated in your browser and saved directly to your device.

Such analytics are used to improve performance and usability, and do not include your signature content. We do not build individual user profiles based on behavior.
Local storage and cookies
The site stores your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser’s localStorage so that your choice persists across visits. This preference remains on your device and can be cleared by deleting site data in your browser settings. The tool does not require cookies to operate. Third‑party fonts
To provide a range of handwriting styles in the typed signature mode, we load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google may receive your IP address and user agent to deliver the font files efficiently. Google Fonts does not set tracking cookies for font delivery. Downloads and file handling
Downloads are created in your browser. For drawings, the canvas is exported as a transparent PNG or as an SVG path. For typed signatures, the preview text is rendered into PNG or an SVG containing text elements styled with your chosen font. Because operations occur locally, you control where the files are saved. We recommend storing exported signatures securely and only sharing them with trusted parties.
No account, no uploads
Signature Adder does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use core features. If you contact us via the contact form or email, we will receive the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email address, and message) solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Security
We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect our website and the limited information we handle. While no system is completely secure, we regularly update dependencies and follow best practices to reduce risk. Because signatures are generated locally in your browser, sensitive content is not transmitted to our servers.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
International users
Our service may be accessed around the world. By using the site, you understand that technical data like IP addresses needed to deliver fonts or serve the site may be processed in the country where those services are hosted.
